Candidatei-me por meio de uma agência de recrutamento. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Gearset (Cambridge, East of England, England).
Entrevista
Started with a 30-minute phone conversation, no technical or skill questions, just a fairly casual chat about what each of us were looking for.
Then, got a fairly straightforward skills task to do at home. It was just the right balance of being in-depth enough to be able to show off my skills, without being something you need to sink loads of time into.
There was then a 2-3 hour skills interview in person, where my task was reviewed, and I was given additional tasks to solve off the cuff on pen and paper.
Finally, on another day, a separate 2-3 hour interview for team fit with different people than before, where it was another rather casual conversation about life and work philosophies, tying it off with an office tour.
At no point during the interview process did I feel nervous, tested or pressured. It was quite a pleasant process overall. Importantly, each stage was a two-way conversation; not only were they keen to assess whether you're a good fit for them, they were also quite open about your chance to assess whether they were a good fit for you.
