Good interview process - clear what was required and how the process would go. Several stages of interviews where I spoke to various members of the team and HR to learn about the role and team.

The process consisted of three rounds. The first was a technical screen interview with a few easy LC questions. The second was a more in-depth technical interview, during which I implemented one solution with an additional focus on writing tests for the solution. The third round was a behavioral interview based on Gearset's values. The experience was very positive. What was expected at every stage was clearly communicated and everyone I met was very nice.
