The director was open and friendly and stressed team work. She encouraged cross training, and had a real concern for the patient and their outcome . I would work for again as she was honest and open. the director made me feel comfortable . she took the time to show me the department . This was important as I could see the pride she took in her employees and the physical aspects of the department as well
