Entrevista
An interview with the Geek Squad manager. We first spoke about hours and availability.
Then she asked some questions and took some notes.
Then I asked her about benefits. She said benefits are only for full time jobs which has 32 hour minimum per week.
I asked about training. She said training takes about one week which she sends me to another store to learn the thing.
Then she said we will contact you in 24 to 48 hours. If we were interested you will have an interview with the GM.

What do you do when you see geeks are seeing a customer's personal information on a device?
What do you think we should do when we broke a customer's device?
When a customer comes with a new device he had just bought but he is not satisfied with it, and thinks that has bought the wrong device. What do you do?
When a long queue of customers forms in front of you, what do you do? (ask for help/ organize them if they have appointments/ …)

Overall a pleasant experience. Questions were not difficult to answer. Mostly how one would handle different situations and your past experience. The interview did not take a long time and wait time for a response was reasonable.

Very laid back, what do I do for fun, have you worked with customers before, what was my availability like? Have you worked with windows computers before. The manager was nice, has been there for a while.

Entrevista
Interview was fairly easy. Most of it was behavioral questions. Usually a 2-interview process. They may ask you limited technology questions but nothing more than consumer-level knowledge as a consultant.
