Interview process was delayed and disorganized. Took a few weeks for me to receive communication via email, and I did not have an interview. I had 2 phone calls with recruiters. One for me to ask questions about the position and the second for them to tell me to were skipping the interview process to fit as many students into the Externship program. I did receive an email asking me to fill out information about myself and my interests (top 3 specialities). From there, they placed me into med surg speciality.
