It was a very friendly environment. Great building in the heart of Hamburg. The interviewer, the boss of the advertising agency is a nice guy and it came all down to sympathy. He looks out for cutting edge web/mobile technology knowledge like augmented reality, facebook apps, etc., so be prepared.
