Applied online for a recruitment Coordinator role got a phone call from Richard asked me few questions about my background & my availability, if he could send my CV off to a client. Kept in communication with me through the whole process & very easy to talk to & listens like a professional recruiter. Sent me an email to confirm my zoom interview with the client. I would defoliantly be going back to Gempool as a candidate for future roles as this was one of the most professional & posititive experiences I have had with recruiters & agencies.

Got to meet all the team, good interview structure that really demonstrated GemPool's culture. The guys were really friendly and the interview was very informative. I got the chance to ask questions and it was a really positive experience.
