It was a phone interview and then in person interview. the in person interview is with 3 different people. after that they get back to you pretty quickly if they want to hire you.

Met with 3 people, 1 after another. 2 People who were in my group later on and 1 who was not. Very casual conversation type interview. They really just want to get to know you.
