Felt very comfortable and genuinely thought they were interested in what I have to say rather than just asking a list of questions. 3 stages all together including a phone screening that I believe was very useful to get to know me and how I'd fit in the culture.

I met both the Director of the Birmingham office, and then the CEO of Gemini People. After the initial chat, I was then invited to create a presentation. I was given an overview of what to do which was helpful, then I met the Director of the Birmingham office again where we went through the presentation. After this I was then invited into the office to see the office, and then also speak to some potential candidates I was working with.
