Very disappointing experience. I went till the last round and salary negotiation was done. I was asked to share my salary slips and relevant manager contacts from previous organization for reference check. Gemius even contacted my previous organization manager for my employment verification. I was sure of getting the offer letter but a week passed and I didn't get the offer letter. On being asked , i was informed that they are not proceeding with my candidature. This was disgusting as they already contacted my previous organization and intimated them that i was joining Gemius. And then abondoned my candidature. Suggestion to the mangement to respect the time of all candidates.
