The initial step was a basic HR phone screening. After that I had an online interview with the hiring team, and the last step was an onsite panel interview with representatives from various departments. The interviews were unorganized and people didn't introduce themselves with job titles so you had no idea what department they represented. Some of the interviewers were late to their time slots. A couple of days later I received a phone call from the hiring team with a job offer. They were going to send it over to me in writing as well. After that I never heard back from either the recruiter or the hiring team. Later I received an automated email stating they had moved forward with other candidates. After experiencing their poor interview process and lack of communication I'm glad that I did not get far enough to join this company. Too many red flags already in the interview process.
