the position was advertised online and i applied by sending an email. we were called for interviews two months after the job was advertise. we were about 15 interviewees to fill 3 positions. there is only one interview where you meet the managing director and the director of the company. the interview takes about 30 min where you are asked mostly personal questions and previous employments. they also ask if one knows about the position you are applying for and throughout the process the scribble notes on their writing pads. two weeks after the interview i was called for another meeting. i was offered the job and offered me a salary.
