There are three rounds of interview and the first round is technical one where they asked about basic network concepts such as OSI layer and ccna level questions which was easy to answer. Next round was in-depth technical and the level is difficult

Easy and Fair. It was your basic networking questions. The real task is once you work there. You are on an island alone and it does make you better if you were to leave because you have no help working there.

Easy, just a conversation with the manager. No technical interview per se.
Which is not the norm across the industry.
Maybe it’s changed since because it was very casual.
Normally you get a first interview just to filter out the candidates and then one or more technical interviews lastly maybe an interview just to see your people skills.
