Very typical behavioral interview. Nothing out of the ordinary. They fly you in and give you rental car and hotel accommodations. Then you go to the ship yard and have your interview. After the interview they take you on a tour of the shipyard. Once you get back from the tour they tell you whether or not they want to offer you a position on the spot.
