It was calm. The interview was only supposed to last 15-20 minutes, but we were getting to know each other for about an hour. The interviewer told me as long as I do my job to the best of my abilities, he will have my back. I am a tad bit over-qualified for the position, but reassured the interviewer that I would have no problem completing my tasks.

Very detailed knowledge needed in PC and networking systems. Interview took place with the project manager where questions where ask about knowledge of Bigfix service now and desktop support detail knowledge in troubleshooting systems.
