A recruiter reached out for a phone interview, and the recruiter ghosts me after the phone screen with the engineer manager. I sent him two follow-up emails in the past months.
Does not seem professional at all. The interviewer was not friendly neither.

First a phone call with behavioral and resume questions. Next was a technical round with panel style interview on zoom. Got lots of technical questions based on the job posting and project experiences.

The interview was a Panel with engineer and hiring manager. It was one hour long with 45 minutes being them asking questions and the last 15 mins were for me to ask them questions.
