Met three guys over lunch. One had my resume on his Blackberry - the others were obviously there for free meal and to feel me out, if I would "fit" in the office they had. They were enough inside jokes that I didn't get (I think that was the point - to see how fast I'd pick up that I was an outsider). Interview was fluff - CCNA-level questions that were way below my expectations based on the requisition.

Applied online and a recruiter reached out via email first. I was then contacted with more details and got an interview scheduled the next week. I did the interview with 2 people on Microsoft Teams and said they would send a report up to the hiring manager. The same day I got an answer that they would like to extend an offer letter.

Very formal usually you will have a recruiter contact you asking about salary expectations etc. Then you will have a technical interview and then interview with the program manager. The technical interview is very straight forward. They will ask technical questions regarding your field these usually range between 5-10 questions varying in complexity.

Spoke with the onsite lead and meet for a brief interview. Lead was late and already knew he intended on hiring me. I was asked a few questions that he didn't seem to know if my answer was right or wrong. Already had a salary number down he was authorized to offer me.
