Entrevista
I was scheduled for two days of interviews and 5 or more interviews each day. Most of the people were personable, but it would have been nice to have one group interview that was more coordinated and less redundant. HR was not very responsive and viewed the experience as a great opportunity for me, but it seemed like more of a burden to them. The engineering managers' attitudes were not the same. If I didn't follow up with them on the process, I'm not sure that I would have been hired, even after accepting their offer.

Very unorganized. Assumed the interview area was in an uncleared area but was told that I needed a passport to access the interview area. Felt like they threw me with a random manager who was available in the lobby as attendance seems to be spotty with telework.

Straightforward interview, they go down your resume and you have a conversation over each section. Not especially technical for the most part, you just need to be personable and good at answering typical interview questions.
