Got telephonic interview scheduled with hiring manager on next week friday and got onsite interview scheduled on subsequent week thursday. At the end of onsite interview, I was also given a bag of General Mills goodies (cookies, cereal snacks and so on). I was also offered the job on next monday. The process took 4 weeks but appeared quick.
