Note that "Minnesota Nice" prevents them from giving you negative feedback during the interview, so don't expect any favors or guidance. You must be responsible for what you say. The overall interview process was very well structured and organized. 4 rounds in the process. 1. Online Test 2. Case study 3 technical interview 4. HR interview.Clear communication from the HR.
3 rounds of interviews back to back, with multiple people in each interview. lots of STAR questions, with quite a few repeats between interviewees. everyone I interacted with were great but the process itself was more exhausting that the majority of interviews I had previously
