I met the recruiters at my school's career fair and after an initial interview, i was contacted 1 week later for an on site visit at one of the manufacturing plants. My day started with breakfast and a brief meeting with some staff followed by a basic wonderlic test (50 questions in 12 minutes). After this, I had a plant tour and I interviewed with the technical manager, team leader, operations manager, and plant manager. The questions were basically behavioural questions aimed at determining if you are a fit for the position and how your previous experience connects with the position.
