It went very smooth. The HR manager is a professional and even though all set of standard questions were adressed, she still managed to make it seem personal and warm. For my part I did my homework and studied beforehand the website of the company so I also asked a lot of questions related to my future role and company's goals for the future.
I also had an interview with my direct manager and I had to take an Excel test.
It was one of those rare interviews where you know in your gut that the job was made for you and you will be hired. It was also an instant and mutual click with both managers.
Even though I wouldn't have the job I would most definitely still rate the interview 5/5.
