Very engaged in the beginning, talked about next steps and then I was ghosted. The recruiter didnt respond. The initial interview went well. The second interview the questions were so specific and framed as though I needed to know the answer they wanted to hear rather than discussing skills, accomplishments and capabilities. I get the impression they haven’t formalized their processes. Overall it seems like a good company but I prefer honestly and follow up rather than shutting off all communication. That doesn’t seem professional.
