Entrevista
Generation Success was handling the recruitment process for a Graduate position with an international finance company. The interviewer didn't appear at the scheduled interview, and repeatedly sent automatic reschedule requests, then failed to appear at any of the subsequent rescheduled dates, and didn't respond to any email queries whatsoever. The official rejection email did not appear until 2 Months later.
Round 1. CV Sumbission uploaded to their website
Round 2. Technical Interview on Coderbyte. There’s a coding challenge of easy to average difficulty and a section of MCQs for the programming language of your choice. Last part is more behavioral. I only completed the technical assessment and never heard back from them lol.

Entrevista
Simple, I was super nervous but the interviewer was very calm and allowed me to speak. The process from application to onboarding was easy to follow, and i felt confident in starting on the right foundations.
