My interview was at the company's building, in a conference room, with two of their senior engineers at the same time, and took 30 minutes. The interview was fairly relaxed, with each of the engineers well prepared in their questions, and letting me speak and ask my own questions freely. They also talked a little bit about their own out-of-school experience and careers in addition to describing the company and open job position. Be sure to have formal attire and show good communication skills for the interview.
