I was called on the phone and was told about the position, there was very little questions asked about me or my skills. It was a very short phone call. When I went to the facility the administrator was not there and never interviewed me before I was hired

Cannot remember any questions. I do not think they are very discriminating
Straight forward process with several opportunities to ask questions. Great description given of the services provided, the general expectations were clear. Benefits were described, facilities were discussed. Teavel time discussed as well.
Interview was fairly simple. They ask about past work history as well as give you information about work flow and expectations. They also review benefits and credentialing and responded quickly as an employer
