I applied for the position online, 10 minutes later a recruiter called and scheduled an interview with the SNF facility the next day. The interviewer talked a lot about the facility and what the they do. I didn't end up getting the job because of my "lack of experience" however it was my 1st interview with a SNF so I learned a lot about areas I should freshen up on for the next interview
first they conduct a phone screening with recuriter then in person interview at site with director of rehab and possibly with human resources. they discuss roles and responsibilities and a tour

Phone interview with very basic HR questions, met with the DOR in person and discussed my experience and basic clinical questions. Very straight-forward and easy interview. Hiring process was completed online through their domain, again, super easy.

Entrevista
I actively sought the recruiter to apply for the position. The facility I was applying to was in desperate need for a therapist and I was looking to find a clinical fellowship opportunity, which is somewhat difficult in my area. The in-person interview with the Director of Rehab was rudimentary, consisting of a brief tour and introductions to the therapy staff present that day. Any questions posed were largely from me, attempting to demonstrate my interest and secure an offer. I was contacted the same day by the recruiter with an offer.
