The interview process was very simple and direct. Expectations and roles are clearly described. The interviewer allowed time for questions and assisted with answers that they were not completely sure on.

Submitted my resume on the company website & interviewed at 2 facilities. I should have gone with the first one as the DON there seemed much more professional than the one I went with. Guess hindsight is 20/20. Interview consisted of meeting with the DON & HR Director. Reviewed my qualifications & asked questions pertaining to my experience at my last employer. Received an offer right there & then. That should've been my first clue.

There was basically no interview. Walked in as a new grad with 0 experience and was immediately offered a position. They are obviously understaffed with agency nurses on every unit. Not safe to work here.
Everyone was friendly and professional. I received a tour of the facility and a printed version of the job description. The staff were relaxed and informative. Quick to respond to questions via email and phone.
