The interview was very easy and conversational. The interviewer mostly described the job position and asked minimal questions other than for me to describe my strengths/weaknesses and clarify resume experience. They seemed to have an opinion made about my skills based by my resume alone and the interview was merely to learn my personality.
I was informed promptly by the recruiter within a week that the position was filled internally but then was notified of multiple other openings for which I could apply.
Online video call, casual. Asked me about myself, previous school. What I am looking forward to, what I may be nervous about. Diagnoses I am familiar with. How I like to be taught (hands on learner?)

Interviewed for a DOR position. Good appropriate questions. About an hour, with plenty of time for me to ask my questions. I was surprised when the area director asked me - how can the company help me grow professionally!
