Most of my interviews were pretty informal and relaxed, even with the CEO and Operations Manager at the time. The IT manager at the time already knew of my skills and experience from my previous position so there wasn't any technical testing performed. My experience with HR was more than pleasant and I was made to feel encouraged and empowered. The entire process was very positive.
