The interview began with Jamie Grant, Chief strategic growth officer for the company. It was a traditional one-on-one format with time allocated for both parties to exchange dialogue. A second interview with the regional executive director Karnika Iyengar took place, with the same format. Both interviews took place over zoom. Neither Jamie nor Karinka or anyone else from the Genesys works team reached back out with a hiring decision or any additional steps.
