I came in, met with my supervisor. He asked me questions about my experience in the field which at the time I had none. Asked about my experience with customer service, even though I had a lab tech job.

Entrevista
I was never actually asked interview questions. It was just an informal discussion about the type of work, and it concluded with a tour of the building. The supervisor of the department conducted the interview, and he was more than welcoming and friendly.
