Entrevista
Very simple, video interview, questions asked, 35 minutes long. Recruiter was polite, engaged, and was genuinely interested in my previous work. Though a mostly remote team, it seems like they have a good system, and are pretty selective about who joins.

Entrevista
I recently applied for the HR & Recruitment Manager vacancy advertised via LinkedIn. I had a positive initial phone screening with their current HR & Recruitment Manager, who seemed great and gave a really good first impression to Genflow, and I was fortunate to be progressed to the first round of interviews. From there, I interviewed on the Monday and the line of questioning wasn't overly complex and more 'standard' questioning (tell me about my hr experience, recruitment experience etc.) Again, a nice interview experience, I felt at ease and the interviewer came across personable. From there, I was given a timeline of hearing back within 2 days of the interview (by close of play Wednesday). I did have to chase for an update on this, however by Thursday afternoon, I was emailed to confirm I was successful in getting through to the final stages with the CEO. This was all arranged and confirmed. However, 1 hour before the final interview was meant to take place, the meeting was suddenly cancelled by email, with a blunt explanation of 'there's been a change in direction'. Given the fact I was at the final stages, I feel the minimum that should've happened is a phone call to advise me on this, and perhaps give more insight into the reason for changing course. This has left a negative impression on me and I feel Genflow can benefit from this feedback, to improve their overall candidate experience.

Entrevista
Before I even had an interview I was asked to complete a task which seemed off. I thought they might get me to complete a task and then steal my ideas. Or it could be a ghost job of some sort. I completed it anyway and pushed for an interview. To my surprise, they gave me an interview and came back immediately with good feedback. They said they would be in touch with next steps. Despite me following up, they ignored me from then on. I thought initially when they asked me to do a task before a first stage they would steal my ideas, and I think they still ended up doing that. Very unprofessional and probably a ghost job/use it to steal applicant's ideas.
