Genmab contacted me right after handing in my written application. First, I had to recap my CV in an E-mail, then I was invited to the first interview. They told me everything was great and invited me to another interview. At the end of the second interview, they told me that HR will reach out. Since then, I haven't heard anything. They didn't even bother to send a formal rejection e-mail.
