I can even call it as an interview wher thr recruiter themself dont know for which process the candidate has to work. I had to remind her and tell that as per the given description on the job site i am already having a lot of knowledge of that and have worked as social media analyst for past one year. Overall after listening my current ctc she says that i dont have good communication skills and i should apply aftr another 30 days. Frankly speaking i will not apply to such company in my lifetime where they themself dont have good coordination.
