Very stop start, with patchy communication. Applied first via LinkedIn then initial call from in house recruiter was very keen but then a long delay till interview. After chasing the interview took place with VP Marketing and one of the marketing team who would actually report in to the role (which I felt was odd, to be interviewed by someone who then would report to you). Also received incorrect job spec from the recruiter. Since interview no comms at all. I chased once and was told still looking at it.
