I was recruited through a head-hunter, a contractor from UK.
Very accurate and organized interview steps and preparation with the help of the recruiter.
1)interview with the recruiting firm (1-2 or 3 sessions over the phone to know and assess the candidate)
2) invitation to a general presentation by Genpact executives to understand the company's profile, open positions etc
3) individual interview with recruiting managers
4) individual interview with HR and executives
5) offer, negotiation
6) decision

Entrevista
Interview process are quite fast and direct. It only took about 1 to 2 weeks to get onboarded. Also interviewers are all IT proficient and knowlegeable on IT technologies. HR would take on great lengths to assist and help on the interview.
