First recruiters organise virtual pool drive, after shortlisted candidates move further for more rounds. After that there is HR round where they check your comms and other basic requirements and qualification. After that round shortlisted candidates move for Manager round. Manager round is quite tough but not that much. For freshers Genpact is a very good option.

The lobby time waiting was too long but the actual interview went well and was easy. The interviewer was friendly too, I overall had a good experience. They were quick to revert back too.
