I applied for the position of IT Support and was called for the position of AR Clerk. I was first contacted on the phone (phone interview). Then I had another phone interview which included a language (English) test (a simple discussion about my experience). Also I had 2 other interviews: one of the was a skill test (Financial test - accounting) at Genpact on site and the other interview was a discussion in which I also met my future manager. So there were actually 4 interviews.
