?- phone interview to test language level that took 20 minutes .After one week I receive the invitation for a face to face interview as the language level was ok .In the face to face interview they have presentated their activity and what responsability involved the position for which I applied .The I introduced myself , what I have study , What is the experience I have ?Why I want to work for this company . Where I see myself after 5 years .
Then a few question in english and after that I went to see the team and the process for which I should work .
In about 1 week I received a positive feedback and the offer .

Entrevista
The process itself was pleasant experience, with a lot of room to talk about things. And the office atmosphere was great. But the biggest downside was the promise of a quick feedback related to the overall offer, but it never happened. I had to email HR today, only to get a template answer that I was rejected, with no rhyme nor reason. Just a blank robotic reply, that doesn't encourage me to pursue a future career here, sadly.

I was called, after posting my CV on relevant job searching sites. They selected my CV and approached me. Everything was on fast-forward, in approx. 3 weeks I was already onboarding. In other words, the interviewing process was smooth and well-organized and well-tracked.

The interview process was swift and stress-free.
All by phone ( for expats)
There were three phone conversations, and offer was made quite quick. Time for decision was limited. Time between first and last phone conversation took around 7 days.
