Applied, initially a very professional process - shortlisted 2 weeks later for a first 30 minute remote interview with hiring manager. Invited following week for a second 1 hour remote interview with hiring manager and their director. At the end of interview salary expectations were discussed and it came to light their maximum range was lower than they had advertised. Working hours were longer than my current role and not a particularly attractive package on offer. Said they would let me know the following week 'either way' heard nothing so chased a week later, the message was read but I was 'ghosted', two weeks after the second interview and zero feedback - very unprofessional. In addition there was no full job description. I applied fully remote but also saw it advertised as in person.
