Via Skype Interview - was asked about certain experiences on my resume and explain what I had done in the past that was applicable to the position. Because I was interviewing for a technical position I was asked in depth about my skills in certain softwares and past research experience.

They conducted an English only interview. A self intro and portfolio sharing, followed by a quick, causal chat with team members. Very friendly vibe overall and I would recommend this firm.

The interview process felt like a gradual conversation where each step became more personal and specific. It started with a recruiter call that was relaxed and focused on my background and interest, then moved into a deeper discussion with the hiring manager where I walked through my experiences and explained my thinking and design approach.
