The HR department made a great job at coordinating an online interview. The process went smooth and without complications. The interviewers seemed really invested in the interview and were engaging. They asked good questions that denoted their interest in my work. They were friendly and passionate about their work. I had been really interested in working at Gensler for some time, and the way they described their work peaked even more my interest.

Se comunicaron conmigo, para agendar una entrevista por medio de email, asi como una prueba de software, me comentaron que se comunicaría RH, pero no hubo respuesta negativa o favorable

Básicamente fue una entrevista para conocer los proyectos en los que he estado involucrado, asi como mis aptitudes y actitudes, nada fuera de lo normal.

Entrevista
It was a three step interview process beginning with a short conversation with the recruitment lead then 2 senior level managers at the studio. It was basically a 2 way discussion very comfortable.
Online interview followed by the sending additional work samples via email. A follow up never took place, they weeks passed and I had to reach out several times. I was not even contacted to inform me that the position was taken.
