The interviews were mostly basic and straightforward at first—questions about my background, experience, and willingness to commute full-time to the Scarborough office. However, they leaned far more toward general IT support (e.g., laptop setup, basic troubleshooting) than Sage X3 expertise, which was strange given the job title. No deep Sage X3 technical questions were asked. In the in-person round, the focus shifted to confirming it was really an IT support role with minor Sage X3 involvement, revealing the advertisement was misleading.
