Interview process was very involved. Met with several managers and was also given a tour of the facility (ridiculously nice btw). They ask personal questions, work questions, and just detailed questions overall. It lasted about four or five hours and I was applying for an entry level position. I was takien out to lunch by two managers which was intense since eating in front people one doesn't know is uncomfortable let alone while getting bombarded by questions. Overall, I got a sense of a lot of company pride. Examples of questions I was asked: Did you have a normal childhood? What do your parents do? Why should we hire you? What is the best you can do with excel? They also ask all the standard difficult interview questions, I thought these were a little odd though.
