Quick and easy, as long as you don't lie about being a felon (they will still hire you if you are a felon), then you're good to go. Don't lie and pass drug tests and you're good.

Typical interview, very easy. Company is growing so they hiring for all positions. Depending on the position you are applying for there can be multiple interviews. Basically looking for people that wants to grow with the company.

I went to a job fair. I filled out an application on a computer on site. I was only asked about shift preferences and location preferences and criminal history. I think they might have just been desperate to get people started working.
