Interview process took 3 months, was unorganized, unprofessional and abysmal to say the least. Recruiter advised the process would be 2 interviews but was 3 (2 virtual, 1 in person). Recruiter and managers did not respond to follow up emails and ghosted after every interview just to finally extend an offer at 10k less than my salary requirements 3 months later. Also, to be clear my salary requirements had been discussed in the second interview and the third interview just for the managers to avoid telling me what the budget was, low ball me and waste my time.
