The interview process was thorough. I met with a recruiter, their Chief People Officer twice. They also included a few assessments. I also met with the HR team and finally their CEO.

The process took nearly two months including interviewing with the CEO. Although I really liked the team, I am glad I did not get an offer because the lengthy process shows to me they don't yet know what they want and are not able to make effective decisions. I would love to be considered for a role with the company should this be fixed in the future. They all seemed wonderful.
