There will be 3 rounds of interviews. One with HR, Division Manager and Department Heads. The interview with HR is more on general questions about you past experiences and interests, while the interview with the division manager is more technical and more in depth about your work and technical experience. On the otherhand, the interview with department heads is for formality and will likely be more on evaluating your character.

Interview with the HR, immediate supervisor, manager of the division and director. The interview process is more on getting to know the applicant and what were your work experiences. They would also ask situational conditions and what would you do in those situations.
