An office and particularly conference room that were more suited for a television studio for game shows. Not a serious enough ambience, quite showy. There was lack of clarity on which of the three persons was actually going to do the interviewing - they had casual stabs at it. There didn't exist an organised function around the specialisation under discussion. It was more like an approximate stand-in for a maternity vacancy that was there, not a close match of skills and requirements.
